In the children's story, Chicken little ran around crying about the sky falling when it was plainly an acorn that dropped on her head. After much panic and fear, she began carrying an umbrella to protect herself from her perception of a falling sky. Maybe it's time for us to open our metaphorical umbrella to protect us from the perception of our financial sky falling.
I've been mental about this a lot lately, and have some suggestions to help us develop our thoughts. I firmly believe that maintaining a inevitable attitude throughout this time will keep us from sinking into the doldrums, and maybe even help preclude us from becoming ill from worry.
Umbrella Childrens
1. Reduce or eliminate watching and listening to news. Reading it is less stressful and will provide enough recent information. Never watch the news before going to sleep. Even listening then isn't salutary because these are the thoughts that remain in your unconscious mind as you fall asleep. If something earth-shattering occurs, you'll hear about it.
2. Control what you think about. Don't buy into the gloom and doom! Nothing in that is helpful to your psyche. Besides, in most cases, there's nothing you can do about it anyway.
3. Think positive. Every cloud has a silver lining. I believe in the grand photograph of life, there's a think for all that happens. And somehow there's good in it if you look hard enough. Keep a inevitable emotional state too so you'll attract other inevitable thinkers.
4. Don't panic. Things will improve, even if it's just the way you look at them. It's all about your attitude about what's happening. If you're mental inevitable thoughts, and don't panic, you will be able to deal with anything.
5. Control what you can, let go of the things you can't. In other words, you can only control yourself, not what's going on around you.
6. Choose to see the positives in life, eliminate the negatives from your thoughts.
7. Be grateful for the good things in life-family, friends, good health, sunshine. This will make a unlikeness on how you deal with all in life. This used to be called "counting your blessings".
8. Smile! The uncomplicated act of smiling will go a long way to picking up your spirits. And as a very wise man once said, "It will make others wonder what you've been up to."
9. Go for a walk. Get those endorphins pumping. They will help cheer you up.
10. Eat healthy. proper cusine has a inevitable result on how you see life too.
Just as you pick to let go of material belongings, so too can you pick to let go of negative thoughts. And if all else fails, at least you will have a mindset of gratitude and be best able to deal with anyone life throws at you!
Open that metaphorical umbrella to help you see the good things in life and let go of the others. Make a list of the good things in your life and merge on them to keep your thoughts and attitude positive.
Wishing you happy, inevitable and organized thoughts!
